    When you place your order, you’ll receive an email with the confirmation and tracking number. With it, you can follow your shipment in real time — from our facility in Colombia to your address in the U.S.

  • Does someone need to be available to receive the order on the delivery day?

    Yes. It’s very important that someone is available to receive the order on the delivery day.

    All orders can be rerouted as long as the shipping label hasn’t been generated.
